Monday Blues....

and why I love Dilbert's comic. It amuses me how much I can relate to the cynical workplace humour that is usually depicted in his artwork.

It has only been 2 weeks...

Since my job started but it felt like ages had gone by!! I'm clocking at 11 hours everyday. ArgHH. . . super tiring. It is a steep learning curve for me but I think that is the case for all my friends. So as Quoted from Tyra Banks (Ep 6 of ANTM), "There is nothing more unattractive then a quitter". And I totally agree with it! Haha, who said bimbo shows like ANTM don't teach you anything?

Anyway, to sum up my work thus far- it has been a whirlwind of events that has whoosh past these two weeks. Frustration, irritation and glee were some of the moods I encountered. I have also come to LOVE my weekends. These are precious little time to spend it with my family, friends and a little time for myself. Even though I'm pretty penniless at the moment, I huff off with my NETS card and venture out to the jungles of the retail world with JunZ yesterday. We felt sOooo much better after that shopping trip. Retail therapy is the best medicine and treatment for tired souls =D

It seems that new product tests find lead in lipstick of top brands such as L'Oreal, Cover Girl and Christian Dior. Random 2:

Don't Waste Your Time

Kelly Clarkson came out with a new MTV for her song "Don't Waste Your Time" and it is pretty amazing!

It is set in a fantasy theme with castle, princess and prince with a little twist in the storyline.
So the story talks about how the princess is trap in the castle and all those vines are keeping her in BUT in actual fact the princess is the one keeping herself in the castle to so that she won't get hurt. It is very metaphorical. I like it!
